Mass and Class Action Lawsuits

In Mountain View v. GJ Park, we represented over 40 mobile park residents in 3 separate cases against a defendant park owner and property management company. Claims included nuisance, negligence and unfair business practices. For the first Mountain View case, we obtained a trial court decision in a bench trial in favor of plaintiff on private reference. After the LASC Judge struck the restitution award, leaving the substantial attorneys fees award, the firm appealed the decision and obtained a reversal so that the clients could obtain restitution awarded by the Private Judge. The second and third Mountain View cases settled.
